Everything was very clean and comfortable, but the food at the restaurant was not very good and the service for groups was very slow.

The location is great; everything is close by – metro, metrobus, and tourist bus stations.

The staff were amazing, but the room was tiny, drafts came in through the windows, the blankets were stiff and ugly, everything felt old, the mattress was uncomfortable and worn, the pillows looked like old rags; overall the place had its flaws but the staff’s care was outstanding.
