The room was large, spacious, and overall fine, though a few small details were missing to make it truly top‑class. I was disappointed with the staff service at the end of my stay: I asked for an invoice in my company’s name, but it never arrived, and I received no invoice at all. When I called to resolve the issue, I got no help or clear answer.

Very comfortable hotel, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and good breakfast. Nothing else… the back area is very nice, but the front is better.

The breakfast was fantastic, the bed very comfortable, and the location practical with easy metro and bus access. It’s close to a large shopping mall with many supermarkets and eateries nearby. The only downside is that noise can travel easily through the rooms, so you can hear someone walking in the room above you.
