Breakfast was fantastic and relaxed, and the room was spacious and open. The self‑service setup worked well.

The Inis Oirr Hotel turned out to be one of the best stops on our Ireland trip; it’s only a 3‑5 minute walk from the ferry and even has a pub inside that our 8‑ and 3‑year‑olds loved, complete with outdoor seating where we could wait until check‑in. The staff were very helpful, storing our luggage so we could enjoy the beach, and they even checked us in earlier than scheduled. The pub played live music and served good food. Our family of four found the rooms large and super comfortable. Breakfast surprised us with a huge dining area and a wide variety of options, making us feel special. We’re already looking forward to staying again on our return visit to keep exploring the island.

This hotel is perfect for those who want to slow down while visiting Ireland. The hosts are friendly and eager to meet any request. The rooms are simple yet spotless and comfortable, giving us better sleep than anywhere else in Ireland. Breakfast is outstanding, and the attached pub, the village’s heart—especially in the off‑season as it’s the only place open all year—adds to the charm. We arrived during a cold snap with blustery days, but the hosts went out of their way to make us feel warm and welcome. We’ll definitely return in high season when the weather is nicer, but I wouldn’t trade this off‑season visit for anything.

The location is convenient to the port, the staff are friendly, the shower is brand new, and the window offers a nice view. The bar is one of only two restaurants open at night. However, the walls are thin and the TV from the next door can be heard.
