The staff were very friendly and the beds were super comfortable; I loved the bathtub and the sheets were clean. However, the microwave, fridge, and kettle share a single plug, so I had to unplug one before using another; the side bed light was broken, there was no backup when the water stopped, the shower door wouldn’t close, the wardrobe was rotten, and a dirty underwear was visible in the bathroom drawer, showing the cleaners missed it.
