The place is in a great spot, just a 2‑minute walk to the lake and only a 10‑minute bus ride to Sirmione’s center. The room is large with an excellent bathroom, and check‑in was smooth with very helpful hosts.

The room was large, beautifully kept, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The windowed bathroom had a spacious shower. The location was fantastic, close to everything. The host and all staff were extremely kind, very available, and exceptionally courteous. I’ll return! Nothing to add.

The room was stunning, and we felt right at home immediately. Everything was always very clean. The family was very friendly and nice. We’ll gladly come back.

The hosts were super friendly and affectionate. The room was spotless and well equipped. The air‑conditioning was a real blessing in these hot days. At checkout, the hosts even offered us some food (pasta/pizza) and drinks (water or coffee) to take away. Highly recommended; we felt very welcome and comfortable.
