The hotel and its facilities were fine, but the staff were unfriendly, the billing was shady, they tried to double‑charge Citytax, there was a fuss over the exchange rate, the prices were clearly inflated compared to the posted rates, and they claimed they would charge a 50 % commission.

The bed was hard, like sleeping on a mat. The breakfasts were cold and tasteless! Tea had to wait until staff handed over a kettle. There was no coffee machine at all :( disappointed. Why show photos of a place where there was one discomfort?!

The staff were polite and the room was clean. However, there was a table with a kettle on it, but no outlet for the kettle. To heat water you had to turn off the bedside nightlight and move the kettle onto the floor. There was no hygienic shower.

The location was good and calm. The beds were large and comfortable. We had to wait a bit because our rooms were not ready in both of our stays.
