Everything was fine. The bathroom had no fridge and we were always asked for coffee bags, but the staff were helpful otherwise.

The rooms matched the photos: spacious, neat, and clean, with very clean bathrooms. For the price, the rooms were really good, featuring AC, a work table, a full‑size dressing mirror, and a king‑size bed. Everything about the room was too good, but the hotel lacks an elevator and the narrow passageway up makes it hard to move large luggage.

The bedsheet wasn’t properly clean, and no bath towel was provided until I requested one. There’s no lift in the hotel, and the Kately system wasn’t operational. The tea/coffee kit was missing, and a water bottle that costs MRP 18.00 was given to me for Rs. 30.00.

The room was clean with hot water, AC, and good room service. When I arrived, I asked about a room I already knew was available; the receptionist quoted 4400 rs, while the internet listed 2557 rs. She argued, then offered a discount to 3000 rs. I showed her a screenshot, and she reluctantly told me to book online and pay whatever the screen shows, which I did. She seemed to be the manager and tried to charge me double the day’s rate, arguing until I proved the online price. Another staff member kept questioning my visa status, even though I had a 5‑year visa stamp on my passport. They tried to cheat me because I hadn’t booked beforehand, treating me as if I was a street‑walker looking for a room.

This hotel is a complete letdown from the moment you step inside. The rooms are filthy and nothing like the pictures on the booking site, with a "good breakfast" that's more like a sad joke - four tiny containers with only one containing some stale Indian bread that's not even edible. The kitchen and breakfast area are a mess, and don't even get me started on the lack of basic amenities like hot water, a fridge, or a hairdryer.
