Giuseppe was super friendly, helpful, and quick to reply. Checking in was a breeze. Our room looked gorgeous, the decor was lovely, the bed was cozy, and it stayed dark at night. The bathroom was stunning with nice toiletries. I appreciated the self‑serve breakfast so we could eat whenever we wanted. Parking was very secure. The cats were adorable! The only downside is the location requires driving to eat out, but it worked well as a midway stop between Gargano and Matera. Castel del Monte is a short drive away and worth visiting. The pool had many rules and we missed the usable hours because we only stayed one night, so that should be clarified beforehand.
