The room smelled of sewage, mold, and damp in the bathroom and on the toilet walls, and the hand‑made beds were crumpled. The front desk lacked professionalism; after paying 60 euros online, I was told I couldn’t request a room change—either keep this room or lose my 60 euros, or pay extra to switch, which was truly disappointing.
