The staff were always helpful and available, but there was mould, the bathroom leaked water, the beds had mould on the walls so close you’re literally breathing wall paint, and the bedside lamp was broken.

Cleanliness was good and the hotel staff behaved well, especially Ashish who was very helpful in providing correct guidance.
