The view of the mountains and the road was amazing. The people were great, the heating was kind of excessive (not a problem, you can always open a window, but great it wasn't cold!). Nice place to stay and a nice walk to the slope, you can walk down to the first station of lift, too. The breakfast is pretty mediocre and there's no decent coffee or tea, but there's enough food to get you skiing. The floor was pretty dirty under the bed (don't look!) and the WiFi is very slow. I mean, very!

Staff, location. I was disappointed with the Georgian café level of service and the quality of food in Gudauri resort. Just meat. You can eat, but I expected more.
Close to the slopes, but the location isn’t great.
Kind, helpful staff, delicious food, clean. Great value for money.

The staff were great and always ready to help with anything I asked for. The hotel offers everything you need: a restaurant, a ski depot with a drying fan for your gear after a day on the slopes, and the hot water worked perfectly. They run their own shuttle to the slope twice a day, saving you ten minutes. The location is convenient, right next to the “lower city center” where you’ll find a gas station, several restaurants and two supermarkets.
