The whole place feels really authentic, with the sheep, chickens, dogs, and cat running around.
The location is perfect for us as we have family nearby, but it's also a great base for exploring the area.
The tortelli al tartufo were absolutely delicious.
The room was huge and had a king-sized bed, which was perfect for all of us.

It’s a wonderful spot to relax and unwind, and our dog was very comfortable too. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served here. Stop by Villa Franca for an amazing lunch town. Unfortunately, there are no hiking trails nearby.
A tiny slice of paradise. The owners were welcoming and helpful, as was all the staff who were attentive to guests’ needs and always smiling. The building was cozy. The apartment was clean and functional, equipped with everything needed. The pool was very pretty and clean. The kitchen was great at absolutely reasonable prices. We had a truly pleasant stay.

The only regret is not staying longer. I recommend it+++++. Happiness in pure form. The hosts’ kindness is exceptional and I won’t even mention their absolutely divine cuisine. Nothing, everything was perfect.
The spot, the pool and the breakfast were great.

The people Salvatore, Dorina, Arta and the rest where sooooo nice, friendly and make everything very enjoyable! It was perfect place with the pool and river 5 min walking and nice little piazza 15 min walk. The restaurant at the accommodation was perfecto and the wine even better. The room was nice with good airco and wifi was available. We reccomend for everyone, families group friend we where group of 3 20 year old girls and it was all perfect. Nice dogs and cats, we will never forget. Leaving😢
