A simple, small camp. Friendly staff. Good dinner. For transport from Mhamid to and from the camp, dinner, and camel riding for 2 people we paid 1800 MAD. Communication was very straightforward. A transfer to the camp earlier would have been sensible, because the camel tour started right after we arrived at the camp. We were only there for one night, but 2 nights would already be recommended.

What an experience in the Sahara desert! The dunes, the colors, the peace, the wonderful dinner under the stars. Thank you Mohamed and Ali!

The staff at the camp are genuinely friendly and have interesting stories if you want to hear them, yet they let you enjoy the desert in peace. The atmosphere is very calm and authentic, with no sense of hurry at all. The dinner food was surprisingly delicious for a desert setting, and the tents were spotlessly clean. Everything exceeded our expectations.

It was an amazing experience; the camp itself is fantastic. The staff are very approachable, always ready to explain things and chat with guests. The food and the campfire after dinner are highlights. The only point that isn’t negative is that the camp is 2 hours from the nearest town, so you need a 4x4 pickup at an extra cost. Still, it’s completely worth it because you get to experience the Chegaga desert.
