Excellent location, right next to the Christmas markets. Easy access by car for drop-off and pick-up. Clean and well-maintained. The check-in time is officially in the evening, but combined with a 10:00 AM check-out, it creates a very short and inflexible stay window. There is no luggage storage or shared space to compensate for this, which is disappointing. The host did not arrive in person and only allowed entry at 6 PM. Despite the very minimal facilities, no free luggage solution was offered — only paid alternatives. The accommodation itself felt extremely basic: just a bed in a room, no kitchenette, no common area, giving a dormitory-like feeling. Considering the price, I expected more effort or flexibility

Nothing. I booked a single room, paid for it, but when I tried to book again it still listed a single room. Instead, I was offered a shared room with four other people. My complaint was ignored, so I found another place in Colmar.

Nothing good, shared room that wasn’t advertised, expensive, and still waiting for the bill after many reminders. No towel, the room was frozen all night. I was the only woman with three men I didn’t know in the room—very risky. My roommates were also upset, tried to reach the owner who didn’t respond. It’s a scam, stay away.
