Cleanliness was spot‑on, the bed was comfortable, and they provided bottled water on request because we don’t use public dispensers. Breakfast tasted great, and even though the coffee could have been a touch better, the overall breakfast still scored above a 5.

The pool had a very strong unpleasant smell, and it was tiny for a hotel of this caliber, which was disappointing.

I booked through you for a stay at the hotel where I’ve been for several years during the Rawa Blues Festival, choosing a package that promised the usual experience and a Jam Session after the concert. Instead, I got a pricey room without breakfast and had to argue with staff over a wristband that would let me join the Jam Session. I came to hear and watch live music, not to listen to the tape that was in the room and to see the wallpaper on the wall. Please give precise details in your offers, because I was misled and had to pay unexpected extra costs.

The location and large parking were positives, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. On the downside, the rooms were cramped, the décor felt dated, and the price seemed high for what was offered.
