The spot is close to everything and the rooms are spotless, but the staff never warned us that the bar below plays music until 2 am, making the noise unbearable and giving me the worst sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. On top of that, they forgot to put the anniversary drink and cake in our room even though we’d requested it beforehand, so I had to remind them. All in all, the experience was very poor.

The hotel sits right next to Liverpool Street Station and looks very stylish. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and from 5 pm you get free drinks and snacks. The room itself was very nice. The only downside is that because it’s an old building, the floor creaks and the pipes are noisy.

The staff were very friendly, but the price didn’t match the value. The room was small, the breakfast area was rather plain, and the windows were dirty.

The service was amazing, the décor great, and there was a welcome happy hour with free wine. The mini‑bar items were included. It’s pricey, but it was a treat, and my room was hard to reach with three large bags.

The location is superb, near the station and the tower, with plenty of nearby spots, and the hotel building itself offers a variety of options; the gym is small but functional, though the view from the window was missing and the window was tiny, which mattered little since I mostly slept in the room, but a morning view would have been nice.
