We chose this hotel because of our IHG Ambassador status, but aside from a late check‑out, none of our membership perks were honored—including daily bar credits. The staff overall were rude, from the lobby to the bartender and the waitress at the restaurant.

The staff were terrific—friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent and convenient. The location was unbeatable: close to Union Station, downtown entertainment, and Coors Field.

The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable. However, the room was a bit tight, and there was a comfortable chair in the room.
