The room was very large and extremely comfortable, the facilities had everything we needed and more and the vibe and atmosphere is quiet and great! Very good location. The owner is so kind and made us feel at home!!!. The photos on booking, the place looks way better than it is shown

It was clean. The station was quite far and a bit inconvenient, but after checkout we were sent to the station so no complaints.
Everything was perfect, the owner is truly welcoming and I especially recommend the breakfast at 600 yen! The accommodation was magnificent and ideally located for walking to the main points of interest in Yufuin, while still being far enough to avoid tourist crowds. The private onsen was also a big plus. Thank you very much!
