The location is excellent, very close to Europe Square, the seaside, and the Neptune Fountain, and dining options around the area are very convenient. The hotel rooms are spacious, very tidy, fully equipped, exactly as shown in the photos, and the lighting is ample. A special mention goes to the beds: unlike many Georgian hotels that are too soft and lack support, these beds gave us the best sleep over two nights.

I was forced to pay more than necessary, the staff didn’t help, and I complained that it was hard to reach the second floor—there’s no elevator. I had to go down to the basement to eat, which is three floors below, and I left after three days. They sent me a transfer from the airport to the hotel, claimed it was free, but I was charged 65, while the taxi company charges 25. We arrived in the evening, the room was on floor 2 with no balcony, even though I paid for a King room with a balcony. No one tried to swap my room or offer another hotel, and they wouldn’t refund me. In the end I left the hotel and paid for another one.

The location is great, close to events and Europe Square. The bathroom has no shower and smells bad, there’s no elevator, and breakfast is poor.

Location, breakfast, staff—just super! The room was a bit dirty, but the linens were clean. It felt like the floors were forgotten.

The location is simply perfect! The building is a well‑maintained historic structure, the staff is friendly, and the room is comfortable. The view is the only downside.
