We were a group of five on a hiking trip that started in Brilon-Wald, passed through Ginsterkopf, Bruchhauser Steine, Niedersfelder Hochheide, and ended in Grönebach. The reception was very warm and we were able to enjoy the first cold drinks. In the evening we had schnitzel variations. Admittedly the menu was a bit small but still completely sufficient. The accommodation was good and the hosts were super nice. We would book again right away.

The owner was super friendly and helpful. The garden was a great place to relax, the tea was delicious, the cake was tasty, and there was a lot more.

I was greeted with a cold beer and a warm welcome, and the breakfast was tasty; the place felt cozy and the staff were very friendly. The bike cellar is available, and the price‑to‑value ratio is excellent – I’ll definitely return.

I used this spot as a stop on the Ruhrradweg and it’s definitely worth it. The owners were very nice, the room was great, and the food was good. I’ll come back again, and everything was super!

The host is a unique character, very friendly and lively, and you feel instantly welcomed. Unfortunately, the place is very noisy, especially the lock on the communal bathroom in the hallway, so you end up hearing every guest who goes to the toilet at night.
