The views are stunning in a quiet, secluded spot, and the thoughtful design of the accommodation is evident from the handy placement of light switches and power outlets, to the variety of coffee options (espresso, drip, plunger), board games, handheld torches, insect repellent, extra blankets, and a plug‑in fan for extra airflow. The bamboo used throughout the structure is pleasing, as is the use of eco‑friendly bath products. Watching the rice terraces and listening to the nearby river will make you forget the hustle of modern life. If you want a low‑stimulus place to unwind, this is it. With a bit of patience, you can spot many birds passing through the property; I was grateful for the loaned binoculars that let me see them up close. Fireflies are also a wonder—step onto the balcony after lights out to watch them. The plantation is productive; a stroll to see what’s growing is worthwhile. There are a few bird hides worth checking out. Dining on site is highly recommended—the home‑cooked meals are superb. It’s probably one of the most unique and special places I’ve ever stayed.

Niets veel tegen. Kleine tip; creëer ergens een zithoekje in de zon…ik had nu de neiging om het tentdoek aan de zonkant open te rollen maar dat was niet mogelijk. Ik houd van warmte en word blij van de zon. Misschien een mini terrasje rechts boven de Safari style tent?

The nighttime sounds and the food were good, but the hides didn’t deliver the rare species advertised; only common ones that are everywhere were seen.

Everything is perfect!!! This is our second stay and we’re already looking forward to the next one!! The highlight is the meals prepared by Mega ❤️❤️
