“Dark room with no view out the window. Impolite staff rushing guests with a rude phonecall at noon sharp.”

Good location and a clean room. Comfortable king size bed. Got a room 105 on the floor below the ground, no window view at all - the window faced a concrete wall. Room was dark and felt like I live in a basement, or even a dungeon. The outside door latch makes strangers/passers by able to lock you inside the room! Bad design. After my stay, ready to leave at noon with my bags in my hand I heard the phone rings at the side table. It was the staff reminding me urgently the checkout is at noon and when I tried to say “I know, I am just leaving” they continued talking over me telling me like bullies I have only 15 minutes or they impose additional charges. I was already not happy with my room but this phone call left me with a strong bad taste in my mouth

“The only thing that would make me happy is. A refund.”

The only think that would make me happy is a refund. The bed was okish, and the bathroom, although the water flow was poor. The room that I booked was under construction and I was not notified. The price for what we got is considered scamming. With the genius discount got 5000thb per 2 nights, with a disaster of breakfast. The place doesn't look like the pictures at all, the big pool looks unsanitary, the self called spa is inexistent. The place might have seen better days, it looks run down. Not even cushions on the sun bath beds and when asked for them the staff looked even confused

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and attractive, but the whole hotel was under construction, and the pool was green and filthy, making it unusable.

“Das Hotelzimmer war superschön und sauber.”

The staff struggled with English and barely understood us, though they tried hard. The main pool was a bit murky while the second one was spotless, but the sun loungers were shabby and uncomfortable. We arrived at 13.00 but weren’t allowed into our ready room until 14.00.
