The room was clean, but the customer service was bad. At 8 am a few men came in to repair the roof, and I woke up early and had to leave the room with my husband before our checkout time. The noise was unbelievable, and the roof‑repair workers were walking right in front of the bathroom window.

Nothing good to say—everything is a lie. The building was old, poorly maintained, ugly, and dirty.

The room was spacious, the location was good, and the kitchen was great. The door to the adjoining unit wasn’t locked, and shower water leaked onto the bathroom floor.

We didn’t find much that we liked; the TV was good and the bed was comfortable. But finding the room was hard, the office building looked derelict, and we could hear voices but no one was around. Doors were locked, there was no phone signal so we had to go back to town for directions. Towels were scarce—only 2 bath, 1 hand, 1 mat. Only 3 pillows on the bed. The bathroom trash bin was full from the previous guest. No coffee maker (my mistake), no iron (also my mistake), no disposable cup in the bathroom. Wardrobe doors seemed loose and didn’t close; only one coat hanger was there, probably left by the last person. The tissue box was empty. The large floor mat looked very dirty. There was no side light in the lounge, only very bright or dark options. The view from the window was nonexistent—two big trees just 12 inches from the glass, and it was unclear how they were cleaned. The entrance was dilapidated, pathways had holes and rot. It felt like we were the only guests. We definitely won’t return or recommend this place.
