“Lovely Hotel in Great Location”

I loved this hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful, close to temples, the night market, massage places and restaurants. The room felt like home—comfortable, clean, and spacious. The bathroom felt luxurious with plenty of amenities, a separate shower, towels, a robe and slippers. There was also a fridge, a kettle for tea/coffee, and a nice desk. Breakfast was fine. Loved my stay at such a great price! I have no complaints at all.

The staff were very helpful, always ready to assist. Even when language was an issue, they made an effort to help, and one of them even guided me with the transport app, which was very useful. We had to leave early for the train station, and they ensured we had early breakfast. I will use this place again.

The rooms look fine at first glance, but upon entering we immediately noticed a damp, musty smell. The bed sheet was wet when we touched it. We asked for another room, but the replacement was no better and even had water stains (including drops) on the wall. This condition is unacceptable, and everything would become wet if you stayed in that room, as the damp, clammy bedding made clear. We decided to find another accommodation. The staff were friendly and understanding, and we received a refund of a little over half the price.

The Deluxe room is very spacious and clean, and there is a bathtub in the bathroom. Everything is good.

“Basic stay in the city centre”

Great location, nice inoffensive design of the room, probably the best bathroom we had on this trip, great shower pressure. Eggs made to order for breakfast. Instant coffee!!!! Limited breakfast options, but we only had 1 breakfast there, so it was ok. Our room was on the ground floor, so we could hear the kitchen staff and guests having breakfast. The hotel looks like it's been flooded as the walls are all stained with paint peeling off and the furniture is warped at the floor level. The shower was blocked and water was flooding the whole bathroom but when we reported it in the morning, the reception staff did not seem interested
