Shanghai Disneyland is 1 subway stop or a 5-minute drive away, with free shuttle buses to Shanghai Disneyland and Pudong International Airport. The hotel features air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs, minibars, and private bathrooms with shower facilities. A seasonal outdoor pool, fitness centre, and international buffet restaurant are on site.

The location is perfect for visiting Disney, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding; a station where the chef prepares omelettes and dumplings from scratch added a special touch. The exterior around the entrance could use a facelift—there’s a large structure that looks like a fountain with artificial green turf that appears dilapidated and unattractive. It’s a very high‑quality hotel, but the front entrance detracts from the overall experience.

The shuttle bus to Disney was great, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff’s English was very limited; I know it’s ignorant to expect that in a foreign country, but I thought it would be the case in an internationally branded hotel. We managed through it and they always helped.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was fantastic and the breakfast was very extensive. We had a fantastic time there.
