The place is serene, the room is spacious, breakfasts are good and plentiful, the dining rooms are very pleasant inside or on the terrace, and the wellness area is open until 21 h.

A fantastic garden, far from the city and smog. The green area is well kept and the historic buildings provide a nice backdrop. The ground‑floor room, however, was not at the same level as the outside area, it was really damp and too cool; given the season there was no heating available. Because of my personal sensitivity, I suffered some problems after staying overnight in an environment that was considerably more humid than usual.

Excellent and truly deserves a 10/10! The restaurant was fabulous, the food great, the location amazing, and the staff so attentive. All in all, a great discovery—thanks from me and Teddy!

The exterior grounds are beautiful and highly recommended. Our room in the old villa was big but very Spartan, simply furnished. For me, the claim of a 4‑star hotel didn’t match the reality. Pesciera is only 4 km away, but driving there is a bit complicated.
