“Cold room, broken floor, spiders in the bathroom, and unprofessional staff regarding breakfast availability.”

Location was fine, but it was very cold inside. There were holes in the floor covered with a rug. Additionally, there were about six spiders in the bathroom right under the ceiling—one of them crawled onto the door handle, so I was terrified to leave the bathroom. On top of that, we wanted to buy breakfast after reading positive reviews about it. The receptionist told us that due to low occupancy, standard breakfasts were not served in the main building, but delivered in baskets to the dome. He suggested we could blindly accept the basket option, but mentioned he was just covering a shift and that another staff member who knew the actual contents would return in an hour so we could check what was inside. When we returned an hour later, the reception was completely empty. We called the provided phone number, only to be told that breakfasts were no longer available.
