Located in a quiet residential lane, Yellow House Saigon offers simple, air-conditioned rooms with en suite bathrooms, minibars, and flat-screen cable TVs. Non-smoking rooms feature hairdryers, tea/coffee-making facilities, and some have kitchenettes and private balconies with city views. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Ben Thanh Market and a 15-minute walk from the Reunification Palace.

The staff were incredibly warm and quick to help; when we told them at 8 pm that the air‑conditioning was struggling, they moved us to another room for the night and had the unit fixed by 10 am the next morning. They’re very welcoming and friendly whenever you chat with them.

The price/quality was great. Quiet, lovely side street in HCMC District 1. Staff were very friendly and offered free early check‑in and late check‑out. Clean, safe, and friendly.
