The accommodation matched the advertised images. The kitchen was well equipped, and sharing it with other guests was easy. Though it seemed far from the city centre, getting there is simple via public transport, with a bus stop a 1‑2 minute walk from the property. You can hear people upstairs and in the hallways, which can be annoying, but it isn’t a major issue.

The location is easy to find and enter, and public transport is nearby. The cleanliness was lacking – the bathroom and area under the bed were dirty. Neighbor conversations and their footsteps can be heard. The room turned out smaller than in the photos.

It was perfect for staying when you want to be relatively close to the O2 arena and is very well connected.

Just what we needed, close to the O2, sheets were very clean. The cleaning was lacking; there was dust in corners and hallways, the bathroom wasn’t well cleaned, and a previous guest’s Primark tag was still hanging. Because of the building’s layout, a lot of noise from neighbors can be heard, so ear‑plugs are a must to sleep.
