部屋(予備室)の広さ・新しさ. ・階段の手摺やトイレ個室内の鍵穴のビスの抜け・キッチンの鍋🫕等が少ない・予約前後の連絡の為の電話番号が通じない。テレビのリモコンが無い。ワイファイが無い。洗面所のお湯が出ない、洗面ボールがひび割れ。1回のトイレのウォシュレットが作動しない等、色々あってその度に電話して疲れましたよ～😩最寄り駅🚉地下鉄からかなり歩きました!

The location is very ideal and beautiful, just opposite the Nijo Castle, and the bus stop is very near, so you can easily take a bus to visit all the tourist attractions in Kyoto. I missed while booking that the bathroom would be shared with other guests, so please remember that bathrooms are shared in this house. I also missed that the property communicates the check‑in procedure and door lock codes only via email. When I reached the property, I missed checking my messages and was looking for their messages in my e‑mail for door lock codes, which made me panic a bit as I thought they hadn't shared the codes until I checked where they had already shared all necessary details. I reached out to them on e‑mail as well, and they responded in half an hour. It would be better if the property communicated via e‑mail as well.
