The place was spotlessly clean and right near the market and other conveniences, but finding it was a hassle until a local helped me call the staff and speak in Chinese. If you can’t locate it, grab a cab, stop close to the hotel, and then use WeChat to let the staff know where you’re at—WeChat can auto‑translate for you.

My family of five enjoyed a fantastic stay; the hotel sits just outside the old city, only a 5‑minute walk to the east gate, making the old town easy to explore and the hotel’s quiet a welcome retreat afterward. We occupied two gorgeous rooms with high‑tech automation, all immaculate with comfortable linens, blankets, and pillows. The staff were incredibly attentive, accommodating, and friendly, gladly arranging transportation at reasonable rates and offering electric scooters for rent. All in all, a wonderful experience and we’d gladly return.
