I enjoyed a fantastic stay at this hotel! The place was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made me feel like part of their family, almost as if I were staying at home. The location was spot on—not too far from the airport and conveniently close to the city center.

The view of the mountains from the window was nice, but the room was heavily smoked; turning on the air‑conditioner made the cigarette smell even worse, the shower drain was clogged until they finally cleared it at the end of the day, breakfast was very meagre, the towel had holes, the cover and sheet were stained, only one of the plastic hooks in the bathroom was intact while the rest were broken, wires stuck out from behind the shower mirror, the fridge with a glass door never switched its light off, the room was never cleaned and trash piled up throughout my stay.

The weather was nice, but everything else was bad.

The beds were comfortable, the shower was good, and the location was great, but the room had a smoky smell from the bedding and the hotel was noisy.
