“Amazing stay!”

We had an amazing stay! The hotel offers excellent facilities and is very family‑friendly, making our visit comfortable and enjoyable. The variety of restaurants is great. A special thanks to Rabia, the Duty Manager, for her hospitality and help throughout our stay, and to Tempi at the gate for always being welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families.

The hotel was clean and beautiful, absolutely stunning. It’s very large, and the staff were extremely friendly, cheerful, and helpful. The atmosphere felt very romantic. However, there wasn’t much to do at night, so evenings were a bit boring.

The property offers two beaches where you can swim and snorkel, a vast area with turtles and mangrove groves, and a lovely salon—everything was great.

We liked the resort overall—it was quiet, peaceful and the sea was beautiful, and the à‑la‑carte restaurants filled up quickly, so you really need to book early through the app or include dinner, otherwise you’ll stress about where to eat; we had dinner included and the main restaurant was lovely and enjoyable. The only downside was communication problems: the beach bar ran out of drinks and our straw never arrived, so we kept getting simple but ineffective answers. On our return, our flight was very early, and although we requested the luggage be taken to the reception a day in advance, nothing arrived and we couldn’t reach the front desk; the huge property forced us to carry our bags all the way to the main entrance, causing stress about missing our transfer. Re‑confirming these details repeatedly would help avoid such issues.
