Nothing positive. The room was shabby, with a small fridge that was unplugged and water trapped inside, placed on top of a chair. Breakfast was a disaster, served in an unpleasant room with the previous guest’s tablecloth. We went to a café for breakfast instead.

The location is fine. The hotel manager showed almost no interest in attending to us; he handed us the first keys he found without checking who we were, told us to check in via WhatsApp with photos of our IDs, which we reluctantly did but received no reply. The next day we had to ask if everything was fine, and he again barely acknowledged us—quite strange.

The staff tried hard to fix the issues we ran into, and the thermal insulation was solid. The mattress in the first room was awful, making it hard to sleep, and the bathtub leaked water under the shower curtain when we finished bathing. We asked for a room change, were given one, and the new mattress was better. Acoustic isolation could be improved because the hotel sits close to a busy street. Breakfast offered very few options, so we had to bring our own snacks.

Breakfast was very basic. The bathroom had a strong smell of drainage pipes.
