“Catastrophique”
Nothing. The hotel’s reception was absent, the place was unsanitary, we never received a key, so we had to go to another hotel. A brand like Booking should remove such an establishment from its list after a long trip when we just want to relax.
“Absolut minderwertig!!”
Nothing good, everything was filthy, loud, hot, mold on the silicone seals in the bathroom, no wardrobe, TV didn’t work, no Wi‑Fi, no staff on site.
“Bedrog”
The location was deserted and very dirty—everything was grimy, the ceilings, walls, floors were all sticky, with lots of spider webs and mouse droppings; the back door was open and the room lock box was unsecured so we didn’t even need to enter a code. The kitchen and restaurant were empty, as if they hadn’t been used for weeks or months.
The place was old, empty, and a bit dusty, nothing else to say.
There was no Wi‑Fi and no response to requests; the 1&1 network was zero in town, the TV had no signal, cleanliness outside the rooms was poor with many falling stones, but the rooms themselves were fine and the size was adequate.
