The facility and location were really good, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They arranged a birthday cake for us, which we enjoyed. The only downside was the sewage smell in the room, which was off‑putting.

The staff were excellent, the architecture nice, and the location very good. It wasn’t in the busiest part of the Medina, yet getting there was easy. The only thing that could be improved is that the gym should offer more than just cardio machines, and the prices for breakfast and dinner felt a bit high.

Really beautiful, clean, and a lovely pool. It was a bit tricky with Google Maps— the street is a cul‑de‑sac, but Google says otherwise and never gives the right directions.

The location, service and breakfast were perfect. In the center of the bazaar, with no noise, the staff were always attentive and the food was delicious. Cleanliness could be better; while everything was in order, some towels had visible stains.
