I proposed to my girlfriend right there, she said yes, and everyone from the front desk to housekeeping went out of their way to support my plans, checking in after the moment and offering warm, family‑like encouragement.

Everything. The accommodation quality is phenomenal. The staff are all pure friendliness. The resort has a lot of simply beautiful beach. Perfect for snorkeling. And undoubtedly a paradise. The check‑in could have been better since we arrived earlier because of the flight time. Having a 5‑month‑old child wait at the reception for the room was difficult. Another aspect to improve would be to have a place at the reception or near the reception for changing baby diapers and a nursing room.

“Horrible, poorly trained staff, food of the WORST QUALITY, the cheapest ingredients—AVOID THIS PLACE.”

The furniture was moldy and broken, the towels were gray instead of white, there was NO RESTAURANT (only self-service pool bars), and dirt was everywhere; the pool liner was torn, making the pool unusable. After the first dinner at the hotel, I had to go to the infirmary. The hotel doesn't deserve more than two star rating—it certainly doesn't qualify as a proper holiday destination!.
