The location was great, the room was clean and had everything needed, and the value for money was very good; the staff, though somewhat distant, were very helpful. The only issues were a bit of heat and the air‑conditioner acting up, but Chaimaa was always available and kind.
The location and the kitchen were good, but the room was unwelcoming and lacked air‑conditioning.

Great spot and easy access, but the room wasn’t spotless, had a constant closed‑off smell, no daily Apulia, no hair dryer, and the air conditioning was totally inadequate.
Conveniently located right in the city centre, the price/quality ratio was excellent; the room was comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen—fridge, stove, oven, cupboard, microwave, grill, cutlery and dishes—plus an air‑conditioner, a good bed, and the owners kindly left tasty coffee capsules.
Close to the ferry, but the parking situation was a hassle.
