“Never go to this hotel not worth the money”
The family was thrilled to be so close to the tower, but the room we paid for wasn’t a Davie’s as advertised; the other room was a family room positioned right over the entertainment area, making us feel like we were on stage and the noise was unbearable. The rooms hadn’t been cleaned, and when I asked to be moved instead of refunded, they took even more money from my account. I’ve had to chase the refund and am still waiting; I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. A few people complained while we were there, and the big boss, JJ, just sat at his computer and wasn’t helpful, though at least one woman tried to assist.
