“Pessimo”

There’s nothing good to say – the price is completely unjustified, the room was tiny, the bathroom would be sub‑par even in the worst hostel of a developing country, the window faced a shopping centre where noise raged all night, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were miserable, breakfast didn’t exist – they only handed out eggs or something similar and you had to pay extra for coffee. Shameful, the photos are totally misleading… kudos to the photographer. I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy; €75 per night is ruined. This is the rating the hotel deserves – not even half a star. The only slight plus was the bell‑hops and the cleaning crew who tried to make things look better… we only managed three hours of sleep over two nights. I strongly advise against staying here; the fair price would be €30 per night for a couple, and even that is high. Lower the rates or shut down, because you’re unprofessional and ruining travelers’ well‑deserved vacations. Nothing at all pleased me.

“Good for short trip”

The location is right in the centre mall, free parking is available, and an EV charger is nearby. However, you have to climb a few steps to reach the lift that takes you to the room, the rooms are spread out and some are quite far from the lobby, one of the rooms in this suite has no window, and the front desk didn’t inform you about the housekeeping arrangement that requires you to tell them if you need your room tidied daily.

“Brynton the first staycation”

The room is spacious, I guess, and the Wi‑Fi connection is good. There’s no reserved parking—first come, first served. The room was literally wet when I checked in. The bedroom curtain doesn’t cover enough. Breakfast is so-so, à la carte, with very small portions.

The spot was convenient, but the building feels old and the room was not clean enough—especially the sheets, which look worn out. Even the toiletries like shampoo and shower gel are subpar.

“seperti hostel”

The place is only strategically located, but when I checked in the room smelled like body odor from foreign staff. The room wasn't cleaned properly, the toilet was dirty, the cup was dirty, the pillow and sheets were foul. It seems the hotel doesn't care because bookings stay full even though it's expensive, thanks to its location at Centrum Mall. I even posted pictures at check‑in.
