The place was beautiful and quiet. We stayed two nights instead of the usual one. The reception was very friendly, and a lady who spoke good English even acted as our interpreter. We had a cottage with everything we needed. The restaurant food was really good, especially the local dishes that looked like potato pancakes with stewed meat. Nearby was a lovely Opole zoo, great for relaxing. The cottages could use some love; the beds were small, the mattresses thin, and the bathroom floor was a bit sagging. We saw a lot of work going on around the property, and not everything could be done at once, so it was a bit disappointing for some people.

“War okay. Essen im Restaurant sehr gut, junges Personal, manchmal sehr überfordert”

The room assigned to us was not nice—small, the bathroom was more of a guest toilet with a shower, and there were no power outlets at all. We asked for another room and received one that was fine, with a large, clean, spacious bathroom.

“Very hot.”

The location and cleanliness were good. The accommodation was very basic: no fridge in the room, no laundry facilities on site, and not even a vending machine for essentials like sanitary products. It was a heatwave, so I went to the restaurant for a coffee but they wouldn’t let me take it away. We went off‑site instead, but it wasn’t a relaxing experience.

Nie otrzymaliśmy informacji o zamknięciu obiektu po godzinach zamknięcia restauracji. Dostaliśmy klucz, który się zacinał i nie działał. Gdyby nie jedna z wczasowiczek, która otwarła nam drzwi, nie dostałabym się do pokoju i była zmuszona spać na dworze, bo nawet nie miałam kluczy od samochodu,które były w pokoju. Na duży minus zasługuje to, że recepcja nie pracuje 24h na dobę i nikt nie odbiera telefonu po godzinie 22.00
