I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The location was in a rather seedy area, with narrow streets and people loitering around, which made me feel uneasy. To make matters worse, the bed sheets were old and not properly cleaned, which was a major turn-off. Overall, it was a subpar experience.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. The staff seemed friendly, especially the young part-time workers, and the low price was a plus. However, the room had several problems, including a broken water heater, a non-functional TV, a missing toilet seat, and a lack of toilet paper. The air conditioning had large gaps, and there was no elevator.

While the hotel's proximity to the University of Santo Tomas was a definite plus, my stay was marred by several issues. The entrance to the hotel was a narrow and dark alleyway, which didn't exactly inspire confidence. Furthermore, the hotel didn't accept card transactions, which was inconvenient. To top it all off, there was a water pipe repair during my stay, resulting in erratic water supply in the bathroom. It was a frustrating experience.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. The hotel was dirty, with poor furniture that seemed to be in dire need of replacement. To make matters worse, I encountered mice and cockroaches in my room, and the smell was overpowering. It was a truly unpleasant experience.

Despite some minor issues, I was generally pleased with my stay at this hotel. The room was compact, but it was clean and comfortable, and everything was functional. The night shift receptionist was also friendly and accommodating. However, I did notice that the floor mat in the bathroom was not absorbent enough and got wet easily, which was a minor inconvenience.
