The gym and the pool were non‑functional and the hotel didn’t inform us before booking, so we cancelled before settling in.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel's location was excellent, the cleanliness was superb, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I'm already planning my next stay here.

I had a generally positive experience at this hotel, with friendly and accommodating staff, a good breakfast, and a clean and spacious room. I was also pleased that they allowed me to order food outside, despite having a no-outside-food policy. However, my room had a lingering odor, the air conditioning struggled to cool the room below 23°C, and the elevator made loud noises. Additionally, the housekeeping staff entered my room while I was having breakfast without my permission.

The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the city center. However, my stay was marred by the hotel's poor cleanliness and overall quality of service. I was shocked that a hotel with 5-star ratings could be so dirty, and I hope that booking platforms will remove this hotel from their listings.
