The hotel is closer to the shopping centres, and there was nothing negative—everything was satisfactory.

The location and facilities were great, with no issues overall. However, we were told that arriving after 6pm the keys would be in the box, but they weren’t there. We called the number and pressed the after‑hours button, getting no response, and then called Booking, also to no avail.

The location is well equipped and comfortable, but I think adding two hooks on the inside of the bathroom door would make a huge difference at a small cost, since there is nowhere to hang towels or a dressing gown.

Absolutely horrible place to stay; the staff were unprofessional and nasty.
