“Best welcoming attentive resort you will stay at!”
From the moment we entered the villa, the experience was exceptional. Waris welcomed us at the gates and escorted us to the reception area, where everything was taken care of and our bags were collected. We were then welcomed by Avin, our host, whose charm and warmth immediately made us feel at home. Before we had even seen the room, we had already decided to extend our stay by another two nights—that decision was made within literally ten minutes, purely because of how welcome and comfortable Avin made us feel. A very special thank you must go to Diane, the engagement and wedding coordinator. I had been in contact with her for around three months, quietly planning the surprise engagement for my now-fiancée, which was the entire reason for our trip. She went above and beyond to bring everything together beautifully. The resort even arranged the engagement on a Sunday, despite this not normally being something they offer, because that particular day was so important to me. I will always be grateful for the effort and care she put into making such an important moment unforgettable. Chef Osama at the Legend restaurant was another highlight. He is incredibly talented and clearly knows exactly what he is doing. He prepared a wide variety of dishes for us, all beautifully made, and provided such a personal experience throughout our stay. We also received excellent service from Henrietta, who was always attentive, friendly and regularly checked that we had everything we needed. Nishnath was equally wonderful and looked after us brilliantly across the different restaurants. Titan, the “juice bar ninja,” made some absolutely amazing fresh juices—he is genuinely brilliant at what he does! Finally, a huge thank you to Nasim Mohammed, who took such great care of our villa and created a beautiful birthday surprise for me. The bed decoration, cake, champagne and all the thoughtful details made it feel incredibly special
