After traveling more than 12 hours, we arrived to find the hotel closed for three days because of a lack of running water; we had to find another accommodation at a much higher price due to the lack of information from the app, leaving a very bad impression.

Location is spot on – right near the main attractions. The only downside was that the building feels like it’s stuck in the past; everything looks a bit worn and there’s not much upkeep.

The thermal pool was a highlight, and the staff were super friendly. The hotel itself is pretty old and could use some maintenance – a few things were just a bit run‑down.
