“Hell Hole in Lahore”

The location is convenient, and transport and basic necessities are easily reachable. However, we went two mornings without water and one night without power, and the caretaker was very unwelcoming and only answered after 20 minutes; no room cleaning was done for three days. They only gave us a single green soap bar for toiletries. The stairs were painful to climb, making it unsuitable for families or elderly guests. Two of the three toilet stalls were broken, and the bidet showers didn’t work.

“Its was not satisfied as like before Please improve the staffs behavior and teach them some ethics”

The AC needs maintenance because it leaks after 10 minutes of running, soaking the entire floor; I told them several times to clean it up but nobody did anything. The staff should learn professionalism and ethics when dealing with customers.

I stayed in a neat and clean spot that felt peaceful, but the wall paint looked old and had torn patches from different spots.

I couldn't find anything good about the place; there was no room service, so when I asked for tea the staff said, "give me money, I'll get milk and tea from the bazaar and then make it for you." I didn't need the extra bed, yet I was charged an additional 500 per day for an extra person in the room. There were no dustbins, and the rooms had a bad smell, making for a poor experience.
