The Filipina receptionist was very accommodating, yet the information was wrong. The merchant page claimed check‑in on Friday at 9:30 am, and I asked for early check‑in at 10:00 am and they confirmed it. We arrived at 10:30 am and the receptionist told us check‑in was at 2:00 pm. An Indian manager then arrived, spoke rudely, blamed me, and denied what was stated in my booking and our conversation.
