A 13‑minute walk to the Cathedral, San Severo, and Corso Vannucci, and 12 km to the airport.

The place is well situated and offers good value for the area. However, the hosts didn’t reply when we asked about a late check‑out or bag storage (they’d asked if we wanted it). The apartment is small but adequate for one night, yet the shower was awful and a black plastic sheet over the bedroom window instead of blinds made it feel less like a comfortable bed.

The front café was nice. The air‑conditioning unit in the loft‑style home didn’t work, so it was 40 °C in Perugia without any cooling. They didn’t refund after seven days, didn’t answer messages, and didn’t bring more fans—just left you in the heat. There was no bathroom supplies, the dishwasher didn’t work, and with a week’s stay you still didn’t get fresh bedding or towels in 40 °C. It felt like a scam, with people profiting at the expense of guests. La Corte del Grillo in Barcelona is just a rip‑off.

The central location is excellent, the room was neat and clean, and the staff were helpful. The downside was that the window faced a street full of noisy bars.
