I stayed in a spotless, well‑maintained hotel where breakfast and dinner were delicious and varied, and the pool area was clean and orderly; we booked a premium room and it was excellent, though the staff’s English could use improvement.

The room was very clean and the lobby, dining room, and common areas were beautiful; every evening live music entertained guests, the staff were friendly and helpful, and both breakfast and dinner were generous and tasty. The wellness section was simply superb, and the hotel sits right on the lake shore with the Nádasdy‑vár easily reachable by walking. However, we had to pay extra for the baldachinos at the wellness, which we thought should have been included; because dinner was buffet‑style, the food was sometimes overwhelming, and we felt it would have been better served as a menu to avoid having to pick and assemble our own plates—though that might be hard to manage with many guests.
